Caleb's Story: The Beginning of a Movement
Before the headlines, there was simply a mother watching her child learn.
From an early age, I noticed Caleb's extraordinary curiosity and ability to absorb information. His journey challenged my understanding of what was possible and forced me to ask deeper questions about how we educate gifted children.
Caleb's story gained national attention when he became known as one of the youngest students to attend Georgia Institute of Technology.
At 12 years old, he was accepted to Georgia Tech, and at 13, he began his journey as an aerospace engineering student. His story was featured by major media outlets, highlighting not only his academic abilities, but the importance of creating educational opportunities for gifted learners.
But Caleb's story was never just about being young.
It was about being understood.
As his mother, my greatest goal was never simply achievement. It was making sure he grew into a well-rounded person—someone with character, resilience, relationships, and purpose.
